Frequently Asked Questions

1. Where do your flowers come from?

Our blooms are sourced directly from world-class farms in Ecuador, Holland, and Colombia, ensuring each stem meets our high standards for freshness, beauty, and longevity. Every flower that enters our atelier is carefully inspected and hand-selected before being designed into your arrangement.

2. Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes — we offer Same-Day Delivery across Los Angeles on all orders placed before 4 PM. Our in-house team ensures each arrangement is hand-delivered with care and elegance.

3. Can I request a custom arrangement?

Absolutely. Each piece we create is a work of art, and our designers love bringing your vision to life. Simply include your special instructions at checkout, or contact us directly for bespoke designs tailored to your occasion.

4. What areas do you deliver to?

We proudly deliver throughout Los Angeles County, including West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena, and surrounding neighborhoods up to 25miles radius from store.

5. Can I include a personal message or card?

Yes, every order includes a complimentary handwritten message card — a signature Maison d’Émilie touch to make every gesture personal and memorable.

6. Are your flowers available for pick-up?

Yes — you’re welcome to pick up your order directly from our Glendale location, where each bouquet is prepared and beautifully presented for your arrival.

7. Can I schedule a delivery for a specific time?

We do our best to accommodate all timing requests. While exact delivery times cannot always be guaranteed during peak hours, you can specify your preferred time window at checkout, and we’ll prioritize it whenever possible.
